JSA Showcased Debating Skills in Washington, D.C.

Our Junior State of America (JSA) students showcased their exceptional debate skills at the prestigious 2024 Winter Congress in Washington, D.C., on February 14-19! 
A big shoutout to Sebastián Delgado (24), Marcos Feliciano (25), Lucas Fontanés (25), Adriana García (24), Eva Gezymalla (25), Marin Gezymalla (24), Robert Ho (25), Luiz Penna (25), Tatiana Rivera (25), Margarita Souss (24), Patricia Torres (24), Nicolás Unanue (25), Diego Vázquez-Guillemard (24), Sebastián Vázquez-Guillemard (24), and Cyrus Wunker (26)! They poured their hearts and minds into crafting legislative bills and fearlessly presenting them in the mock Congress.

Special recognition goes to Lucas, Eva, Robert, Tatiana, Sebastián, and Cyrus for passing their bill in both houses of Congress! We couldn't be prouder of our JSA students for their passion in shaping our future through thoughtful legislation and the bright futures that lie ahead for each of them.

Saint John’s School

Saint John’s School is a non-profit, college preparatory, nonsectarian, coeducational day school founded in 1915. The school, located in a residential area of Condado, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has an enrollment of over 800 students from pre pre-kinder to grade twelve. Instruction is mostly in English with the exception of language courses.
