Inspiring Students to Recognize their Potential as Future Leaders

The Advanced Seminar in Puerto Rican History had the privilege of hosting the Honorable Ana Irma Rivera Lassén, Senator of Puerto Rico.

As our students delve into the intricate political relationship between Puerto Rico and the United States, Senator Rivera Lassén brought her expertise to the table, enriching the discussion with personal experiences and insights. The focus was on understanding the constitutional assembly mechanism to enhance the political rapport between both jurisdictions. The Senator’s contributions inspired our students to be fully present and recognize their potential as future leaders. We thank Senator Rivera Lassén for her time and dedication to enlightening our youth on topics often overlooked by the traditional curriculum.
