SJS Honored with College Board AP® Computer Science Female Diversity Award

We're thrilled to announce that we've been honored with the College Board AP® Computer Science Female Diversity Award for our achievements in promoting gender diversity in AP Computer Science A.

In the 2022-23 school year, over 1,100 institutions, including Saint John's School, showcased 50% or higher female representation in AP computer science courses or exams— and we were proudly recognized as one of the 225 schools in the category of AP Computer Science A! Participation in AP computer science courses has broadened STEM career opportunities for more students. They learn to design and implement computer programs that solve problems relevant to today's society. Congratulations to our female AP Computer Science A students and their dedicated teachers! At SJS, we believe in empowering students to explore and excel, opening doors to high-paying jobs, inspiring the next generation of leaders, and shaping STEM career opportunities for all!
