1-3 Grades Artistic Showcases

Stage confidence and plenty of personality took over as 1st- to 3rd-grade students wrapped up the school year with performances and artistic showcases.

Our 1st and 2nd-graders performed comedy skits of their choice in pairs, bringing laughter to the stage while showcasing the confidence and acting skills they built throughout the year.

3rd-grade students combined their Social Studies and Spanish learning into Leyendas de Puerto Rico, an original play inspired by the island’s legends and folklore. They also celebrated earning their “black belts” in Recorder Karate with a recorder performance for families, who also enjoyed student artwork inspired by Puerto Rican flora and fauna.

At SJS, students express themselves through creativity and hands-on learning experiences.
