Thank You For The Music, Saint John’s!

BRAVO, BRAVO. Our 55 students in Grades 4–12 transformed Mamma Mia! at Teatro Tapia into an exceptional, Broadway-caliber experience. The energy remained high throughout the theater from the first note to the final bows.
Onstage and behind the scenes, every moment reflected commitment, talent, and the kind of confidence that elevates a school production into something unforgettable.

Our performers owned the stage with presence and heart. The ensemble moved as one, every step and harmony in sync, creating moments that had the audience fully engaged, singing along, and, at times, deeply moved.

Behind the curtain, the same level of excellence. Flawless transitions. Precise cues. Sound, lighting, set design, costumes, hair and makeup, music direction, and every technical element worked in perfect rhythm. The kind of execution that feels effortless because it was done right.

ABBA’s music filled the theater. Our students gave it life.

Thank you to our production leaders, Michelle Alves, Michelle Brava, and Miguel Rosa López, for leading with vision, discipline, and artistry, and for bringing out the very best in every student involved.

And to our audience, thank you for the applause and the standing ovations that made each performance even more powerful.
