Headed to Poetry Out Loud Puerto Rico Finals

With a powerful performance at the first Poetry Out Loud semifinal, she earned her place in the Puerto Rico Finals. Congratulations, María Mercedes.

Next stop: Teatro Francisco Arriví on MAR 13 at 9 am, where she’ll compete for the opportunity to represent Puerto Rico at the National Finals in Washington, D.C. Let’s cheer María Mercedes all the way.
Saint John’s School
Saint John’s School is a non-profit, college preparatory, nonsectarian, coeducational day school founded in 1915. The school, located in a residential area of Condado, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has an enrollment of over 800 students from Toddler to grade twelve. Instruction is mostly in English with the exception of language courses.
