First Grade Field Trip

Big discoveries began the moment first graders stepped into Finca Pastoreo in Dorado for a hands-on learning adventure rooted in nature.


They learned how cows and hens are cared for, explored pasture-based farming, navigated a small maze, and soaked up every moment nature had to offer. Curiosity was everywhere, and smiles were nonstop.

Our Early Childhood young learners thrive from day one, learning through play and discovery while building confidence and meaningful connections with the world around them.

Saint John’s School is a non-profit, college preparatory, nonsectarian, coeducational day school founded in 1915. The school, located in a residential area of Condado, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has an enrollment of over 800 students from Toddler to grade twelve. Instruction is mostly in English with the exception of language courses.
