Congrats to OMPR 3rd Phase Participants & 2nd Phase Medalists!

We're thrilled to share highlights from the recent Olimpiadas de Matemáticas de Puerto Rico (OMPR) 3rd phase competition hosted at the Universidad de Puerto Rico - Recinto Universitario de Mayagüez (UPR-RUM). 

This phase marked the culmination of the 2023-2024 OMPR for our Elementary students and the second to last for our Middle and High School participants. The morning saw intense competition, with the 2nd phase award ceremony following in the afternoon. Congrats to our 3rd phase participants and 2nd phase medalists! We are incredibly proud of you!

Also, our Seniors and members of the Puerto Rico team that competed in the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO), Carlos Rodriguez ('24) and Jerry Chen ('24), had the opportunity to meet Puerto Rican astronaut and ex-OMPR competitor Dr. Marcos Berríos in a private luncheon.

Saint John’s School

Saint John’s School is a non-profit, college preparatory, nonsectarian, coeducational day school founded in 1915. The school, located in a residential area of Condado, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has an enrollment of over 800 students from pre pre-kinder to grade twelve. Instruction is mostly in English with the exception of language courses.
