Our new Center for Ethical Leadership and the exCEL team behind it launched the first Peer Mentoring Program activity, where team members shared their SJS experiences with new students and created welcoming spaces for open communication and genuine connection.



Through peer-to-peer support, the program strengthens community bonds, fosters acceptance, and encourages active community engagement in the school. It’s about inspiring, building meaningful relationships, and creating lasting bonds among peers.

Saint John’s School is a non-profit, college preparatory, nonsectarian, coeducational day school founded in 1915. The school, located in a residential area of Condado, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has an enrollment of over 800 students from Toddler to grade twelve. Instruction is mostly in English with the exception of language courses.
