With 30+ years shaping athletes on the court and in the classroom, Jimmy López is known for his collaborative spirit, dedication to student well-being, and passion for building strong athletic programs.
A dedicated educator and mentor, he brings energy, discipline, and a lot of heart to SJS. He’s coached at every level — youth, college, and pros — and is committed to guiding our Hurricanes as they keep raising the bar as strong, confident, and resilient athletes.

Saint John’s School is a non-profit, college preparatory, nonsectarian, coeducational day school founded in 1915. The school, located in a residential area of Condado, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has an enrollment of over 800 students from Toddler to grade twelve. Instruction is mostly in English with the exception of language courses.
