Elect Her Leadership Workshop SJS Representatives

Elect Her - Puerto Rico is a leadership workshop for young women who are interested in public policy and may contemplate the idea of holding an elected position in the future. Since 2009, over 300 Elect Her training sessions have been held at 118 schools in 40 states and four countries for more than 12,000 college and high school students. This opportunity was brought to us by Isabel Rosa Irizarry, an alumna who works for Zoé Rodríguez, Public Policy Advisor of the Office of the Senate of Puerto Rico in Washington, DC.  Karla González and Isabelle Ramsayer were chosen to represent SJS as candidates for this activity.
