SWIMMING: 10th Grader, Sarah Cabré, won Many Awards and set a Puerto Rico Record During Summer 2016

Record set at the Caribbean Island Swimming Championships during summer 2016. This record was set for the girls 13-14 category with a time of 4:40.61, surpassing a mark established in 1991.
Sarah participated and performed during the summer of 2016 as follows:

Caribbean Islands Swimming Championships (CISC) held in Nassau, Bahamas, representing Team Puerto Rico.  
Girls 13-14 category, obtaining 3 silver and 2 bronze medals.  
Events: 50, 100 and 200 meter breaststroke, 50 meter butterfly, 200 and 400 meter individual medley, as well as the last leg in the 400 meter freestyle relay and the breaststroke leg in the 400 meter medley relay. 
 
Puerto Rico Swimming Championships, held at the San Juan Natatorium
National Champion in 4 events for the Girls 13-14 category, 50, 100 and 200 meter breaststroke and 200 meter individual medley, as well as second place in the 400 meter individual medley and third place in the 200 and 800 meter freestyle.  
 
Participated in the Los Angeles Invitational at the University of Southern California.

The school, located in a residential area of Condado, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has an enrollment of over 800 students from pre pre-kinder to grade twelve.
